Canon Update
Sometimes, we're just not happy with our character's canon points; other times, a canon is ongoing and we want our character to be be able to draw from more of their canon. Whatever the reason is, we understand that sometimes you just have to canon update!
To canon update, simply fill out and post this form in a comment to this page. After that, your character will disappear from the city for three days. They can vanish in the middle of any action, so hopefully they don't poof away while driving or something! Whatever goes on during their absence will not be known to the character being canon updated. After that, they'll find themselves right back in the city (or wherever they were). If they were in the middle of an action, they'll be in the position of resuming it. Again, hopefully it isn't driving or you may need to visit the Death Form instead! Just keep in mind that just the character and any possession on their person are what vanishes.
Either way, they'll return with all their old memories and the new ones from the canon update. If you prefer, you're able to use a canon update as a fresh slate so that when your character returns, they will have no memory of their time in the city.

Differences between canon points: Since her initial canon point, Ty Lee was imprisoned at Boiling Rock for choosing to save Mai over siding with Azula. She became fast friends with a number of Kyoshi Warriors that had also been imprisoned. Where she taught the other women to chi block, they taught her the ways of the Kyoshi Warriors. Upon the downfall of Fire Nation Ozai and the rise of Zuko as the new Fire Lord, Ty Lee was released and decided that she would join the Kyoshi Warriors.
As a Kyoshi Warrior, Ty Lee was placed as one of Zuko's trusted personal guards along with Suki. The point she will be taken from is shortly after Zuko's leave with Azula in search of his mother where Iroh steps in to watch the Fire Nation in Zuko's absence.
As far as her personality is concerned, there are no changes. She is the same perky girl as always.
